3. Already using Lasso with another company? You still need to sign up through G2AV's link to be added to our Lasso database.

What Happens After You Sign Up

• Onboarding paperwork: All G2AV crew are independent contractors. Before your first job, you'll get an onboarding message in Lasso (a DocuSign-style message) to submit your W-9 and sign a Hold Harmless Waiver.
• Job opportunities: We publish jobs in the Lasso Opportunities tab and plan to book crew within 24–72 hours. An availability request isn't a booking; you'll get a separate confirmation if you're selected.
• Your schedule: Booked events appear in the Schedule tab, along with the Labor Coordinator and the onsite contact for each event.
• Getting paid: After each job, you invoice G2AV at AP@G2AV.com and are paid by direct deposit.

What We Expect From Our Crew

G2 Audio Visual was founded in 2009 by Gary Garrison on relationships, professionalism, and a fun attitude. We think of our crew as family. Here's what that looks like on a call:

• Be at your call location ready to work 15 minutes before your shift.
• Keep track of your own schedule, because double bookings aren't excused.
• If you can't make a job, tell us at least 24 hours before your call time.
• Communicate honestly with us at all times.
